Mediation
Mediation is a voluntary process where a “Neutral”, an impartial third party, assist two or more individuals in a dispute to reach a mutually agreeable resolution. Mediation aims to facilitate communication and negotiation between parties, rather than impose a solution that neither party may appreciate.
Investigations
Our process includes gathering, securing and examining evidence to establish facts to substantiate or refute allegations. We investigate workplace misconduct, allegations of harassment, discrimination, bullying and workers’ compensation. We provide the strictest of confidentiality and impartiality to produce an unbiased and fair Report of Investigation (ROI).
Advisory & Consulting
Whether project based consulting or strategic long term advisory services, our team has knowledge and skills developed over decades to empower your organization’s leadership to make sound business decisions. From SWOT, to Means-End or Root Cause Analysis, depending, on the circumstances our konsultants have the ability to employ various forms of problem solving.
How often will you provide feedback or communicate in general?
BosKon values communication. We will ensure timely status updates on a weekly basis. If requested, we will provide custom communications to our clients.
